Well versed and diverse describes the personality of Mobium Mortgage Planner, Emma Butler.

Born and raised in the beautiful country of Ireland, Emma made her solo journey to Chicago, Illinois in 2003 in search of adventure and a new challenge. Since that journey, she has found an abundance of fulfillment in the City, her new found friends and recently a fulfilling career with Mobium Mortgage Group.

With a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Systems and a history of working in various software development roles, Emma came to realize that although intriguing, the computer field did not enable her to exercise her innate desire to directly help and improve people's lives through interactive problem solving.

Emma acquired her real estate sales license and then began learning more about the mortgage industry, through her independent studies. "I thought it would be beneficial to learn both side of the process, even though I know the mortgages industry was where I was destined to work". She discovered that not only are mortgage professionals in a position to lend valuable assistance that helps consumers acquire new homes, but the profession could fulfill her need to have daily hands on client interaction.

"I have discovered that I can bring considerable value to real estate professionals by providing unique value added services and can enjoy mentoring first time home buyers through the home buying process. I have a very dedicated work ethic towards building strong client partnerships. I want clients to walk away and look forward to coming back, knowing that they can trust me to provide them with the best, most up to date industry information and programs that help them realize their dreams of owning their own home while achieving their long and short term financial goals in the process."

Because of Emma's giving heart and energetic personality you may find her volunteering at the local animal shelter or running along the lake, and as a member of The Chicago Architectural Foundation she can often be spotted on a nice summer's day cruising down the river enjoying the architectural tour "it just never gets old".
