Holman has been fortunate enough to serve on the lending and management side of
the business, which gives him a unique service edge.
Greg grew up in a small town in Southern Wisconsin and graduated with a Bachelors
Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1999. Eager
to spread his wings, Greg moved to the Chicagoland area to pursue a career in finance
and his love interest Danielle, now his wife of two years.
Throughout his quest for the perfect career, he worked in the television industry
as an editor at a local station in Madison, WI. Greg went on to work with a national
rental car company, where he had an interesting encounter with one of his customers
which led him to the mortgage business. "I discovered that the mortgage business
was an industry that would enable me to create a sense of freedom in my life, both
financially and with my time. This business allows me the opportunity to use and
continue to build my customer service and client relationship skills and create
my own little empire. It was just what I was looking for", states Greg.
Because of his work ethic and commitment to customer service his entrance into the
mortgage business was not only a natural fit, but he quickly excelled. Eager and
green, Kevin Wallace saw great potential in Greg’s abilities and gave him his first
opportunity in the business. He hired him as a loan officer with Integrity Financial.
Greg’s career expanded with the guidance and support of Kevin to office manager/loan
coordinator in only a few short years. Learning the behind the scenes operations
coupled with his natural client care ability created a recipe for long term success,
which today enables him to relate well to loan officers, processors and mortgage
vendors.
Given Greg’s drive for service, committed to excellence and hunger to know more,
when Kevin Wallace invited him to join him in Mission Financials merger with Mobium
Mortgage, he knew that it was a step in the right direction. "My business and mortgage
service vision fits neatly into the service philosophies of Kevin and Mobium Mortgage.
The Mobium customer service infrastructure and client service systems create the
opportunity for me to continue to provide great service at a high level and keep
my customers happy, satisfied and coming back."
Greg keeps busy during his spare time. He enjoys movies, camping and he LOVES the
game of golf! His grandfather, who was extremely influential his life, taught him
the game and he’s been golfing since the age of 10 and he’s gotten his whole family
enthusiastic about the game.
Greg is also a huge technology junkie and will always be in the top ten percentile
of techie’s who have the latest in technology gadgets.
His vision for the future is to continue to grow his mortgage clientele and within
the next five years develop his own team of mortgage planners within the Mobium
organization and he and his wife Danielle are looking forward to planning a family.
