Poised with a winning combination of compassion and intellect, Jennifer Flitcroft is hard-wired for success at Mobium. Jennifer gained academic distinction at Roosevelt University by earning a Bachelor of Science degree with Marketing minor, and graduating with honors in 2003.

After completing an intensive four-week training program at Xinnix Mortgage Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, Jennifer began her career in the mortgage industry at Charter Funding (formerly CTX Mortgage). For more than three years she worked as a Mortgage Consultant and assistant to the Vice-President of Operations.

Jennifer's background makes her a great fit for the Mobium team. Being a product of a hard-working, middle class family, Jennifer understands the struggles and challenges people face trying to provide for their family's basic needs. "I saw my father go to work early every morning as a construction worker, only to return home often just before my bedtime," says Jennifer. "My parents' strong work ethic taught me to appreciate the value of honest work." Jennifer finds it amazingly satisfying when she’s able to help others experience the 'American Dream' of home ownership. "I'm convinced that everyone deserves the right to own their own home," says Jennifer.

Jennifer loves attending live sporting events and is a particularly avid Cubs fan. She stays active by running along Chicago’s picturesque lakefront or heading to the gym for a relaxing Yoga or Pilates class. Her most important hobby is spending time with friends, fiancé, family and her pooch, Diesel, a pure-bred Dogue de Bordeaux.
