Keely J. Ellingson joins Mobium Mortgage Group as a Loan Processor in July, 2007. Her responsibilities include reviewing documents to confirm file fits lender guidelines, reviewing turn around times to insure contingencies are met for closing dates and lock expirations and making sure documents and funds arrive at the title company in advance of the closing. She also works with lenders and title companies to make sure the closing goes smoothly and all required documentation has arrived and auditing files to make sure they comply with state and federal regulations.

Prior to joining Mobium, Keely's industry experience included her role as an Assistant Operations Manager, managing 6 processors and working on strategies for a better process in the operations department as well as being a Senior Processor, a promotion within 6 months of being a Junior Processor in January of 2002.

Keely felt a heartfelt welcome when she joined Mobium. "The attitude and spirit around the office is like none that I have ever seen. The operations department here is setup very differently and I really enjoy learning a different way of getting to the same final goal. I love the increased communication with the clients and the team mentality here. I am very excited to learn and grow with the company."

Keely was born and raised in the Lakeview Area of Chicago and attended Truman College. Her hobbies include working out, spinning classes, biking, swimming, running, drawing and painting.
