Kevin Wallace has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 20 years and is knowledgeable
in all aspects of mortgage brokerage and banking. Early on, he held the position
of Branch Manager at ITT Financial Services in Countryside, IL and from 1989 to
1996 he worked with TCF National Bank where he excelled to serve as Vice President
and Regional Manager in Oakbrook, IL.
Highly motivated and extensively experienced in residential mortgage lending and
bank operations, Kevin is especially skilled at empowering people to reach for their
highest potential personally, vocationally and financially. He possesses excellent
management, negotiation and public relations skills and is committed to the highest
levels of professional and personal excellence.
Birthed from an idea and vision to create a financial organization that would both
stimulate him intellectually and fulfill his mission and desire to serve and contribute
to helping others purchase real estate, save money, and make better financial decisions
for their financial future every day, he stepped out on his own and opened the doors
to Integrity Financial Services, Inc. and in 2003 he restructured his vision and
launched Mission Financial Group, Inc.
Kevin worked with people from varied backgrounds and successfully serviced the financial
and mortgage needs of clients, including first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors.
His team of professional partners, realtors, accountants, financial planners, and
contractors worked closely with him to make sure the experience for each client
was educational and second to none.
In October 2006, a collaborative idea between two powerful business associates who
share some of the same business and life philosophies became a reality when Kevin
merged Mission Financial Group with Mobium Mortgage Group, Inc., a rising industry
leader in the mortgage and mortgage banking arena known for their superior client
service system.
"Michelle Bobart, President of Mobium and I began discussions about a year ago while
I was providing some foundational support and guidance with their licensing and
structural development. We discovered that Michelle’s dynamic business and service
vision, coupled with my strategic and tactical mortgage banking and management skills,
we could take Mobium Mortgage to the next level and create a new phenomenon in the
industry", states Kevin. He serves as the Vice President of Sales and their combined
experience provides a perfect blend of expertise and efficiency to give Mobium unparalleled
service in the mortgage and finance industry.
A natural-born leader, Kevin has led and built successful teams committed to provide
clients with consistent, dedicated, personal service and execution that exceeds
expectations. He wants to help contribute to the success and happiness of each person
he comes in contact with, so it makes sense that the mortgage business fulfills
Kevin intellectually and spiritually.
He partly credits his success to choosing the right talent. "You must have the ability
to recognize the right talent. It is about experience, but more importantly it about
your heart and soul for helping people, which ultimately transcends throughout the
business that you conduct. People are defined by their character more so than their
careers."
Kevin states, "My goal is to continue to cultivate an environment at Mobium where
everyone at every level understands that their role is critical to the overall success
and growth of this company. That means consistent self evaluation and upholding
a spirit of humility to learn, beginning with me. "We are People helping People!"
Kevin is a native of Southwest Iowan who loves Chicago and greatly values the happiness
his family and personal relationships with friends and clients bring to his life.
His free time is spent with his wife Deborah, and their 3 children, Madeline, Brenner
and Jack. To Kevin, there is nothing more important than helping others and sharing
his life with those he cares about. His integrity and concern for others is reflected
through his efforts and dedication within his participation in organizations such
as, World Vision, where he serves on their Marketing Council Committee. He also
works with the Christian Financial Professionals Network and is the first mortgage
person to be a certified within the organization.
