Kit’s consultative approach is based upon the tenet that your mortgage is a pivotal instrument in your overall financial plan, whether you are purchasing your first home, refinancing, or buying investment properties.

He brings a diversified wealth of experience to Mobium with an entrepreneurial background in business development, financial planning software, management consulting, and sales.

Previously, Mueller founded HBD Consulting, LLC, and assisted start-up firms with capital raising, sales strategy, and business development. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director of Business Development with Personity, helping the company to establish an international leadership position in presence technology. Mueller played an integral role in formulating the company’s business plan and marketing strategy, and engaging global customers, partners, and analysts. During his tenure, Personity established a worldwide alliance with Motorola, including venture capital investment, distribution, and joint technology development.

Before this, he co-founded Ocaso, the leading provider of retirement, estate and charitable planning software for financial and tax professionals.

Kit looks forward to working with CEO Michelle Bobart, whom he admires and considers a "dynamo" in the Mortgage arena.

Outside of the office, he is passionate about helping organizations that support the local community. He founded The Chicago GrapeNuts, a wine tasting group, has appeared in several improv troupes, and can often be found sailing on the lakefront.
