Mike became involved in the mortgage business when he landed his first job after
interviewing with Kevin Wallace of Mission Financial, who has since merged with
Mobium Mortgage. "Kevin taught me the ins and outs of this business, as well as
an enormous amount about life in general", states Mike.
Through all of Mike’s training, there is one important innate characteristic that
he believes can't be taught. "This business is about sustainability and one of the
most important character traits needed to sustain you is honesty. My goal is to
always focus on my clients needs above my own and to keep their best interest at
the forefront when I’m working on their mortgage plans."
Mike also cites technology as a necessary support tool to succeed in the business,
"Having technology is one thing, but being able to relate it to your customers needs
is another. That’s what I really like about Mobium Mortgage. We have an awesome
client service tracking system that makes the operational side of customer care
seamless and smooth."
Accomplished at developing and participating in effective team building, the next
step for Mike in this business is to reach the Senior Mortgage Planner status and
develop his own Mobium Mortgage team, and with the service philosophy, the latest
in marketing, technology and training it won’t be hard for him to accomplish.
On the lighter side, Mike is an avid sports enthusiast and frequently enjoys watching
football and playing a great round of golf.
