Saruul Ganbaatar, a native of Mongolia, faced the challenge of a new country and
language to pursue the "American Dream." With studies in business, finance and economics
from Harold Washington College and Loyola University in place, Saruul’s aptitude
for achievement catapulted him from intern to mortgage banker to a senior level
professional by the age of 25.
As a financial planner/tax advisor/mortgage planner, his expertise allows him to
see clients’ financial scenarios with both an encompassing “bird-eye view” and in-depth
precision. He is committed to improving clients’ financial outlook using the mortgage
process as a tool. Giving clear options to help clients make the best decisions
for themselves undergirds Saruul’s commitment to the Mobium view of nurturing client
relationships.
Saruul recognizes that a mortgage is one of the biggest financial transactions most
will ever make. He is passionate about using his knowledge to help people overcome
the negative effects of poor credit, and giving hope to those who believe their
financial woes are insurmountable.
His clients choose to work with him because of his honesty. Determined to give frank
advice upfront, Saruul then devises a realistic plan of action. "I’ve helped a client
improve their FICO score from 530 to 720 by restructuring their mortgage plan,"
said Saruul. "As a true mortgage advisor, I aim to determine the best solutions
possible. You want to look back and recognize how much service you've provided."
Saruul hopes to expand his client base tenfold, striving to emulate the loan volume
of CEO Michelle Bobart. He is excited about the possibilities at Mobium, and looks
forward to working with an innovative leader like Michelle, who is passionate about
what she does and comes up with new ideas all the time.
As a big competitor with an athletic mind, he plays basketball, ping pong, and works
out. With his weekend bookstore visits, he’s able to explore the world through reading.
